Dr. Kirby Kavanaugh, BA/DDS, has been practicing dentistry for 30 + years in the Northland. Dr. Kavanaugh was born and raised in Gladstone, Missouri and comes from a strong dental family background, as her father was a well respected orthodontist & her brother is an excellent orthodontist in the Northland.
Dr. Kavanaugh graduated with honors from Oak Park High School and attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City's six year accredited dental program. She graduated from dental school in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts/Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Kavanaugh has strong ties within her community through surrounding school districts, Northland BNI 1, and different philanthropic groups. She has extensive training in cosmetic dentistry, and is very dedicated to her patients, dental team, practice, and family.
Dr. Kavanaugh has two beautiful daughters, Madison and McKenzie. Madison is a practicing hygienist at Zona Rosa Dental, alongside her Mom. McKenzie will be pursuing a career in psychology. Dr. Kavanaugh remarried in November of 2013 to a wonderful man who is a Kansas City police officer so that only reinforces her continued support of all first responders. Don't be surprised to see many pictures of Brandon and the girls around the office. Family is what is most important to Dr. Kavanaugh!
